Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

  • After confirmation of the order from our customer support team, products are couriered within one business working day.
  • Dispatched your order in a maximum of 5-12 business days.
  • Free Shipping Across India.
  • We ship in 1-3 days via reputed courier companies such as Delhivery, and Xpressbees.
  • Courier delivery takes about 4-7 days in major cities in India. In some places, it may take up to 10-12 days.
  • Due to the high volume, orders placed during the sale period will take 4-5 days longer to ship.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
  • Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
  • Exchange or Refund will not be made against the non-returnable items, unless there is a defect or different from its description.All our handmade product are non returnable or non-refundable, unless there is a defective or different from its description.

RETURN POLICY

  • Inform us within 2 days of delivery and ship it back to us.
  • Cash on-delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns.
  • Raise a return request within 2 days from the delivery date via contact us.
  • Customer support will confirm the return request and inform you about the pickup process.
  • Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. And include an invoice along with the product.
  • We do not charge extra for returns, all pickups are free of cost.
  • In case of a Refund, the entire amount paid by you is transferred to your bank account. It will take 4- 5 days after we receive the product from you.
  • In the 4-5 days, Refund received, send us the bank details such as your name, bank account number & IFSC code.

WHAT TO DO FOR RETURN

At Artdom India, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

Notify Us Within 2 Days of Delivery

  • You must inform Artdom of your intent to return within 2 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@artdomindia.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +91 75750 31980.
  • Important: When emailing, please mention your order number in the email subject to ensure a quicker process. Without the order number, it may take longer to process your return request.

Product Condition

  • Please ensure that the product is retained in the same condition as it was received—unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in new, saleable condition for the return to be processed.

Return Request Acknowledgment

  • Once we receive your return request, Artdom will acknowledge it and provide the return shipping address.

Shipping the Product Back

  • The customer is responsible for proper packing and ensuring that the product reaches us in perfect, new condition.
  • Artdom is not responsible for damages during return shipping. Please make sure the item is securely packed to avoid any issues.

Damaged or Defective Artwork

  • Upon receiving the returned artwork, Artdom will assess it for any damages, scratches, or breakage.
  • If the artwork is found to be damaged during return shipping, a refund will not be issued.
  • You can share video evidence (Cuvideo) of the unpacking process to confirm the condition of the product when it was received.

Refund Process

  • If the returned artwork is found to be in the same condition as it was delivered, we will approve the refund.
  • The refund will be processed through the same payment method used during the purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
  • Alternative Refund: If required, we may ask for your bank account details to process the refund via a direct transfer.
  • Please note: Artdom cannot process refunds through any other method.

Refund Processing Time

  • The return and refund process can take 2-3 weeks from the date we receive the returned item.

One Return Request per Order

  • Please note that we can only accept one return request per order.

Important Reminders:

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the product.
  • Any returns initiated beyond 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
