SHIPPING POLICY
- After confirmation of order from our customer support team, products are couriered within one business working day.
- Dispatched your order in a maximum of 5-12 business days.
- Free Shipping Across India.
- We ship in 1-3 days via reputed courier companies such as Delhivery, Xpressbees.
- Courier takes about 4-7 days to deliver in major cities in India. In some places, it may take up to 10-12 days. The orders placed during the sale period will take 4-5 days more to ship due to high volume.

- Owing to the pandemic situation in the country, delivery may be delayed.
- International shipping cost is charged extra, at actual.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
- Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
- Exchange or Refund will not be made against the non-returnable items, unless there is a defect or different from its description.All our handmade product are non returnable or non-refundable, unless there is a defective or different from its description.
RETURN POLICY
- Don’t like it? return it to us and get 100% refund.
- Inform us within 5 days of delivery and ship it back to us.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns.
- Raise a return request within 5 days from the date of delivery via contact us.
- Customer support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
- Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. and include invoice along with the product.
- We do not charge extra for returns all pickups are done free of cost.
- In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping charges are transferred to your bank account. It will take 4-5days after we received product from you.
- In the case of Refund you should send us the bank detail such as your name, bank account number & IFC code.
WHAT TO DO FOR RETURN
- Within 5 days of delivery, the customer should inform TheArtdom of intent to return.
- An email can be sent with the intent of returning to contact@artdomindia.com or talking to our customer support on WhatsApp at +91 75750 31980. Please quote the order number in the email subject. It may take longer without mentioning the order number.
- The customer should retain the Product in the same condition as it was received.
- Artdom will acknowledge the return request and the customer will ship the artwork to our return shipping address.
- Please note that the responsibility of proper packing and making sure that products reach Artdom in perfectly good, new condition lies with the customer.
- Upon receipt of returned artwork by Artdom, it will be assessed for further damages. The artwork will not be eligible for a refund in case of damages, breakage, or scratches found by Artdom. The proportion can be shared with Cuvideo of opening the product packing.
- Artdo with customers will approve the refund when the artwork is found to be in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer.
- Along with the approval, Artdom will process the refund in the same online payment mode that was used while making the payment for the order OR Artdom will ask the customer for bank details for making the refund money transfer. Please note that Artdom can’t make a refund in any other mode.
- The process may take from 2-3 weeks to complete.
- WE CAN TAKE THE RETURN REQUEST ONLY ONCE PER ORDER.
